RB21 Academy
Specifically serving youth from foster care
RB21 Offers educational support, mentoring and preparation for independent living for youth (currently serving females only) who have experienced foster care. Next Gen young adult leaders who have completed our program serve as peer-mentors.

Through a supportive network, we strive to provide social connectivity, civic engagement, and high school graduation, while also equipping students for post-secondary education and success in the workforce. Emphasizing soft skills and hands-on experiences, RB21 provides opportunities for job and life skills development through service learning.
Unique to RB21 is the opportunity to gain hospitality and culinary industry training in a commercial kitchen and event space.

Our commercial kitchen allows for food handling and cooking classes.
Be our guest at our Inspiring Soirees, Tea and Dinner events and shop our home-decor
boutique.

Ask how your group can impact our program as we together plan an event
for up to 40 of your closest friends.

THE BOUTIQUES

We currently have two boutiques where girls shop free of charge for brand new clothing, formal gowns, and accessories. The boutiques consist of a brick-and-mortar (Citrus Heights location), and a large 40' mobile boutique we call The Express. Program participants learn styling basics, clothing maintenance and host shopping events for similarly deserving girls.

BIRTHDAY PARTY HOSTING
Princess parties for girls ages 5-8 who have experienced foster care. Parties include lunch and pink-tea (lemonade), dress-up, photos and birthday gifts.
