RB21 Academy
Building Strong Foundations

Ready by 21 Academy serves as the central hub for all of The Foundation Inc.'s job readiness programs, providing a structured framework that prepares youth for success in their careers and future endeavors. It connects and oversees a variety of skill-building initiatives, each designed to equip young women and girls with practical, workforce-ready skills through hands-on opportunities. These programs include:

  • The Cottage (Retail Training/Home Economics)

  • The Kitchen (Culinary Training in a commercial kitchen)

  • The Table (Event Planning & Hospitality)

  • The Glass Slipper Boutique (Resale Boutique supporting career training)

  • Coming soon, Barista Training

Ask how your group can impact our program as we together plan an event
for up to 40 of your closest friends.

THE BOUTIQUES

We currently have two boutiques where girls shop free of charge for brand new clothing, formal gowns, and accessories. The boutiques consist of a boutique within Twin Oaks Baptist Church in Citrus Heights, and a large 40' mobile boutique we call The Express. Program participants learn styling basics, clothing maintenance and host shopping events for similarly deserving girls.

The Glass Slipper Boutique will open to the public on March 15, 2025

Visit our store in historic Folsom
813 Sutter Street, Suite D,

This is made possible by an overflow of dresses donated to us for the purpose of fundraising. All dresses have never been worn, and our youth have had first pick.

At The Glass Slipper Boutique, every purchase and every interaction helps us continue to equip and uplift the young women we serve—whether through career training, access to mentorship, or the joy of a free dress for a special occasion. Together, we are building a foundation for their future success, one step at a time.
