Six steps to becoming a team-member:

1. Attend orientation to learn more about our work.

2. Complete an application and screening process including Live-Scan.

3. In-person interview by RB21 Academy student and volunteer coordinator.

4. On-boarding meeting.

5. Follow up training (hours vary with roles).

6. First quarter shadowing/evaluation process.
