A home & garden boutique
Providing classes in home economics, budgeting and work experience in a resale setting. Projects include furniture painting, sewing, as well as basic home maintenance.

Promoting nutrition, food-handling, cooking & baking in a commercial kitchen.

An elegant event space
From soirees to "guest-chef" supper club events, hospitality industry training in a beautiful event space.
THE BOUTIQUES
Shopping & Service-learning
We currently have two boutiques where girls shop free of charge for brand new clothing, formal gowns, and accessories. The boutiques consist of a brick-and-mortar and a large 40' mobile boutique. Program participants learn styling basics, clothing maintenance and host shopping events for similarly deserving girls.
Our annual Say YES to the dress event is happening March 11, 2023 in old Sacramento. Thanks to Macy's, this year, our selection of dresses is amazing with over 5,000 brand new dresses. Brand new shoes, make-up and jewelry, as well as hair stations, raffle prizes, great speakers and food are all part of the destination experience.

If you have new clothing, and accessories you would like to donate, please contact us to schedule a drop off. We are currently not able to accept shoes. Additionally, we have exceeded capacity of over 5,000 brand new formal dresses so cannot accept formal gowns at this time.

THE LEMONADE STAND
Sunshine Lemonade promotes kindness while providing entrepreneurship training through a lemonade stand business. Proceeds support excursions and field trips for participants.
THE FARM
Healthy Living
We have the land, but we need your help to make the vision of developing our farm to fork a reality. We are currently learning to grow vegetables and flowers in large planting beds at our primary location. However, we have additional land available for our use... complete with chickens.
