When I first joined RB21, I didn't realize how much I was learning. It wasn't until I went for my first job interview. I was a little nervous but I was ready. I practiced a lot with my mentor and some of the questions  were actually asked at my interview. I got the job!  My mentor and I still talk through different situations that I'm not sure what to do. I'm so grateful for all the women that have helped me. Before I came to Glass Slipper I was making a lot of bad decisions. What I like most about them is how I never felt like I was in a program. They were just nice and told me I could do it. Also I have always felt like I am helping other girls when I'm there.
